Dear our Beloved Members,
Hari Raya is here again...and its time to celebrate with gathering among us and more food to crave for! Nasi Impit, Rendang, cookies, lemang and all..and to our beloved members, you are invited to join this gathering and celebration on this very date of 24th September 2011 starts at 2pm to 6pm. the venue will be at our gym in Bandar Baru Bangi. if you wish to chip in some food for everybody to taste just bring in. the more the merrier isn't it. so, just drop us a reply to this note and we know that we can count you in. see you there guys!
p/s - ooppss don't worry about carbo and excess fat during that day...its once a year celebration afterall...
